Hendrix , CSS editors saves more time coding in notepad is still of the best ways. But this list is for designers who can save a lot of time using these CSS editors.

I’ve been using the notepad that comes with Windows for the last 10 years. After my websites are finished I check them with the online HTML validator (http://validator.w3.org/) and CSS validator (http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/).

I tend to use dreamweaver- it has the code prediction thing for when I code it and its handy little dialogue box has most of the stuff I need for it- although recently I’ve been consolidating to my aptana studio, to keep everything together. I don’t see the point in splitting my workflow up even more.

That gets onto the whole design/code view argument too. I think the trick is knowing the limitations of them- cause if you know what you’re doing, the design views and computer written codes are error free
